The People and Safety Advisor supports Cérélia Canada’s operations by providing essential Human Resources and Health & Safety expertise. Your guidance on employee relations, talent management, and compliance ensures a productive, healthy workplace for all.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide coaching on employee relations and conflict resolution
• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for staff




• Conduct investigations and support performance management
• Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with legislation
• Promote health and safety standards across the facility
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of HR experience in manufacturing
• Postsecondary education in HR or related field
• Knowledge of OHSA and ESA regulations
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Health and Safety certifications are a plus
