Key Responsibilities:
• Implement personalized care plans as directed
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health
• Assist with meals, hygiene, and mobility support
• Collaborate with other care agencies when needed
• Uphold client confidentiality and trust
Requirements:
• Graduate of a recognized Health Care Aide program
• Previous experience with senior care necessary
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
• Basic Life Support certification recommended
• Willing to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check
