As a Health Quality Improvement Advisor, you will implement Lean practices within CHEO's Strategy, System & Quality Improvement department. Your responsibilities include coaching teams, developing education materials, and delivering hands-on Lean training. You will also lead corporate projects and collaborate with teams to gather necessary data for continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Lean initiatives across healthcare teams
• Design templates for Lean and Quality improvement
• Conduct tailored Lean education sessions
• Manage projects using DMAIC and CHEO standards
• Work with Business Intelligence on data collection
Requirements:
• Degree in Health Administration or related discipline
• Lean Green Belt certification or commitment
• At least three years managing Lean initiatives
• Experience in Lean application in healthcare settings
• Robust computer skills in Microsoft software
