Key Responsibilities:



• Assist with high-quality project deliverables and compliance • Support the design and rollout of global equity plans • Coordinate across teams for effective equity administration • Maintain documentation for year-end equity reporting • Prepare insights, analytics, and participation dashboards

Requirements: • 3+ years in equity compensation or related fields • Experience with global share plans and compliance • Strong skills in organization and communication • Familiarity with equity administration platforms preferred • Professional credentials (CEP, CPA/CA, CTA/ATT) advantageous
