This role will involve welcoming patients, recommending eyewear solutions, and ensuring the highest level of service throughout their journey. Collaboration with the team is essential to create an outstanding patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome patients and assist with eyewear selection
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout their journey
• Process sales and manage inventory efficiently




• Adjust and fit eyewear, supporting patient needs
• Collaborate with team members for optimal patient care
Requirements:
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in eyewear and eye care
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual skills in Mandarin or Cantonese highly valued
