Maintenance Technician – Property Care Specialist

ZenAway Vacation Rentals offers top quality, clean, and comfortable vacation homes in Whistler with world-class customer service. Our goal is to provide an outstanding space to sleep, eat and relax so our guests can experience Whistler to its fullest.

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Whistler local to join a small, tight-knit team that genuinely takes pride in the quality of their work.

What you’ll be doing

- Responding to maintenance requests and resolving issues efficiently across our portfolio of luxury homes
- Handling a range of general repairs including carpentry, AV/internet, HVAC, and appliance troubleshooting
- Conducting post-clean property inspections to ensure every home is guest-ready and damage-free
- Performing pre-arrival checks on lighting, heating, and key home features
- Coordinating supply runs and deliveries to properties across Whistler
- Supporting seasonal projects and working with external contractors when needed




- Take genuine pride in your craft and hold yourself to a high standard
- Have hands-on experience in property maintenance, construction, or a trade
- Can manage your time and work independently without needing to be micromanaged
- Are a transparent communicator who collaborates well with a small team
- Experience in vacation rentals or housekeeping is a bonus

Requirements

- Currently living in Whistler with secured housing
- Valid BC driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- $27–$29/hour based on experience
- Extended health benefits (after 12 months)
