As a full-time, on-site worker, you will be available for a rotating schedule, ensuring vital support for those experiencing emotional crises. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct crisis assessments for callers
• Empower clients to enhance their safety

• Complete necessary documentation and assessments

Requirements:
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in social sciences preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in mental health support
• Skills in trauma-informed care and crisis management
• Robust observational and active listening skills
• Proficient documentation and computer skills
