Seeking a proactive Controller at Positrace to steer financial strategy in a high-growth SaaS company. This position is ideal for qualified CPAs eager to innovate financial processes.
Positrace is on the lookout for a Controller focused on continuous improvement within our finance function. Collaborating closely with the CFO, you'll manage end-to-end financial reporting, improve controls, and support effective budgeting and forecasting processes. A background in a high-growth environment, especially in tech, will be beneficial as you guide financial strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting
• Oversee cash management and full accounting cycle
• Continuously improve financial controls and compliance




• Partner with leadership on financial planning and dashboard development
• Coordinate audits and tax filings
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in SaaS
• Established understanding of multi-entity accounting
• Advanced skills in Excel and ERP systems
• Ability to thrive in a quick-paced setting
