Take on the role of Associate in Private Markets Operations at IMCO, a 12-month contract position in Toronto. Oversee the operations of Private Equity and Global Credit portfolios.
Reporting to the Manager of Private Markets Operations, you will facilitate investment closings, trade processing, and asset servicing. This position requires reconciling financial statements and managing investor relationships, aiming for timely and exact reporting of investment details while enhancing the operational framework via system implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate investment closings ensuring documentation completeness
• Oversee daily operations including trade processing
• Reconcile investment-level financial data with records




• Assess valuation reports and liaise with vendors
• Prepare reports for year-end financial statements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related discipline
• At least 3 years' experience in investment finance
• Knowledge of Private Market Valuations is a plus
• Strong research and problem-solving abilities
• Effective interpersonal communication skills
