Position located in Longueuil, QC. Provide support with project deployment, device reimaging, asset tracking, IMAC support, and customer service. Must be fluent in English and French.
Responsibilities
- Perform device deployment, including reimaging and asset tracking.
- Provide IMAC support for PC hardware and software.
- Image, set up, and use SNOW for asset tracking.
- Perform basic troubleshooting.
- Escalate problems to higher level support if unresolved.
- Interact with customers, answering routine technical questions or information requests.
Qualifications
- 3 to 6+ years of experience supporting PC hardware and software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Deskside support and customer service skills.
- Strong understanding of desktop support for imaging, deployment, and troubleshooting PC's.
Compensation
Hourly rate:
$22.48 – $29.97, depending on geography, skills, experience, and qualifications. Local minimum wage applies if higher.
