In this role, you’ll tackle complex technical challenges, guide IT Support Technicians, and ensure seamless operations. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting various systems and leading high-priority resolutions within the Helpdesk team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide advanced technical support for complex IT issues
• Mentor and guide IT Support Technicians on operations
• Document and troubleshoot issues with software and networks
• Track issues in the ticketing system to ensure resolution
• Coordinate IT setup and orientation for current employees
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years in IT support roles
• Degree/diploma in IT required
• A+ and Microsoft certifications preferred
• Fluency in both French and English necessary
