You will be responsible for financial planning, scheduling, and cost controls across various project phases, including conceptual and detailed design. Your expertise will support the delivery of projects that enhance community infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on setting initial project budgets and plans
• Develop project forecasts including EAC and cash flow
• Monitor projects for financial risks and variances




• Manage monthly invoicing and cash collection processes
• Support sub-consultant agreements and cost reconciliation
Requirements:
• Four-year degree in relevant field
• 1-3 years of related experience
• Solid skills in financial analysis and cost management
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
