Become a key player at Benevity as a Senior GRC Privacy Analyst, driving our data protection initiatives in a hybrid work model. This role focuses on compliance with multiple global privacy frameworks while ensuring stakeholder collaboration.
In this senior analyst role, you'll lead the design and operational enhancements of Benevity’s privacy compliance program. By managing critical processes such as Records of Processing Activities (ROPA) and Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR), you will ensure adherence to regulations like GDPR and CPRA. Your team-oriented efforts with cross-functional teams such as Legal and Security will embed Privacy by Design into our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and maintain Records of Processing Activities (ROPA)




• Develop privacy policies and control frameworks
• Build and manage DSAR workflows efficiently
• Design Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)
• Partner with teams to embed privacy by design
Requirements:
• 5+ years in privacy or data protection
• Knowledge of GDPR and other frameworks
• Experience with ROPA and DSAR management
• Familiarity with GRC tools like OneTrust
• Certification in privacy (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPM)
