We are currently seeking a Full-Time Production Department Assistant to join our Edmonton team. We’re looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented individual to support our growing operations.

Responsibilities

- Fulfill orders and prepare required documentation
- Process, adjust, and correct customer data in internal systems
- Accurately manage data within electronic platforms
- Organize internal files and maintain proper storage of completed documents




- Stay current with procedural updates and apply them in daily tasks
- Coordinate with the sales team and respond to inquiries about products, services, and processes
- Track and manage documentation and records
- Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement efforts
- Resolve procedural issues and adapt to changes in digital file management

Qualifications

- Proficiency with computer systems and software
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled at interpreting and applying policy and procedure guidelines
