As a Maintenance Administrator, you will provide accurate reporting and data analysis for our Tractor Trailer Maintenance team while working with internal teams to ensure vendor accounts are properly managed. Your goal will be to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders, provide regular reporting for the team and ensure all invoices and work orders from vendors are accurate and processed weekly for payment. escalating to the Manager as neededProcess weekly vendor payment batches to send to Accounts Payable for processingMaintain accurate equipment information within the systemUtilize technology to effectively gather and respond to requests for information for managers, and customersTake ownership and accountability until a problem is resolvedEffectively apply knowledge of distribution policies and proceduresManage and update Excel inventory spreadsheet and complete month end processProduce outcomes that demonstrate an understanding of financial impactsYour Skills:Must be able to multi-task, organize and prioritize business objectivesExcellent communication skills are necessary, both oral and writtenStrong attention to detail and effective time managementStrong knowledge of MS office applications, particularly Outlook and ExcelAbility to work within the Trimble suite of applications TMT and TMWYour Experience:High School education or GED required with a preference for post-secondary education2-4 years related experience with inventory balancing and/or accounting knowledgePrevious exposure to the transportation industry would be considered an assetIrving Oil is committed to supporting a diverse and inclusive work environment.
