Reporting to the Director of Student Services, the incumbent will manage the college’s integrated library system and assist in organizing library materials. Applicants should hold a Library and Information Technology Diploma and have 2-3 years of relevant experience. Experience in RDA Cataloguing and familiarity with SITKA Evergreen ILS will strengthen applications for this important role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Classify and maintain physical and electronic library resources
• Oversee the integrated library system’s functionality




• Process orders and reconcile invoices for library materials
• Cover circulation desks and provide reference support
• Create guides and assist with library services
Requirements:
• Library and Information Technology Diploma essential
• Minimum 2-3 years of library experience desired
• Training in RDA Cataloguing and Evergreen ILS preferred
• Excellent organizational skills required
• Robust attention to detail and deadline adherence
