In this role, you will oversee a team, contribute to a protected work environment, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Champion health and safety standards across job sites
• Conduct pre-job, mid-job, and post-job review meetings
• Ensure compliance with truck inspections and documentation
• Lead safety meetings and in-person inspections
• Manage technician productivity and resource allocation
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience
• Journeyperson certification in a relevant trade preferred
• Familiarity with unionized work environments
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and processes
• Understanding of Caterpillar products and National Safety Code
