Key Responsibilities

Be aware and assist in the survey standards during offshore operations, including setting up and operating the survey equipment, logging, QC, and backing up of dataAssisting the Senior Surveyor or PartyChief instructions and being supervisedduring a shiftSet-up and test the online navigation and data logging systems under supervisionInstructedin the calibration processofsurvey sensorsSupervisedtorunthedailyoperationof on-line systemsInstructedin the qualitycontrol of positioning systems/ sensorsand logged dataas well as the maintenanceofsurvey quality records (including daily logbook)Performworkinaccordancewith company and project policies&proceduresInstructedin; operational activitiesandshownwhatlogged data meets acceptance criteriaBe awareof emergencyprocedures and drills
