Requirements:
• At least 5-7 years of HR experience with labour relations
• Solid understanding of Employment Standards and Human Rights
• Remarkable negotiation and communication skills
• Creative recruitment solutions for challenging roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Kronos
