Truss Assembler (Experienced) – Full Time

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Truss Assemblers to joinour growing team. This is a hands‑on role assembling pre-cut lumber componentsinto roof trusses in a fast‑paced production environment.

This is an excellent prospect for individuals with construction‑relatedexperience , especially those with backgrounds in:

- Trussbuilding or manufacturing
- Residentialframing
- Deckbuilding
- Carpentryor general construction

Key Responsibilities

- Assembleroof trusses using pre‑cut wood components according to blueprints andproduction specifications
- Positionand secure components on assembly tables using jigs, plates, staplers, andpresses
- Uselaser‑guided systems (Virtek/Wizard) and measuring tools to ensureaccuracy
- Performquality checks to confirm dimensions, alignment, and material quality
- Maintaina safe, clean, and organized work workplace
- Followall health & safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Assistwith inventory, housekeeping,



and general production duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

Required:

- Previoushands‑on experience in construction, carpentry, framing, or trussassembly
- Abilityto read measurements and interpret drawings or setup sheets
- Strongmath and problem‑solving skills
- Highattention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliablewith a strong work ethic and positive team attitude

Preferred:

- Experiencewith pneumatic tools, saws, or production equipment
- Manufacturingor assembly line experience

Working Conditions

- Dayshift (Monday to Friday)
- Physicallydemanding role involving:
- Liftingup to 40 lbs
- Standing,bending, gripping, and repetitive motions
