• Manage operations to meet all Snow School goals
• Train and guide supervisory staff toward excellence
• Foster a culture of engagement and innovation in programs
• Ensure all lessons meet guest expectations consistently
• Work with scheduling for optimal lesson delivery
Requirements:
• Previous supervisory experience in Snow School
• Solid organizational and leadership abilities
• Passion for snow sports and coaching experience
• Proven ability in financial management and planning
• Satisfactory criminal record check required
