• Partner with Architecture and InfoSec for compliance and strategy alignment • Serve as a thought leader in Site Reliability Engineering • Define the roadmap for platform engineering • Manage resource allocation and capacity planning • Lead design of resilient container orchestration services

Requirements: • 7-10 years experience in technology management • AWS Certified preferred • Expert knowledge of containerization and deployment strategies • Proven experience in financial services • Bachelor's degree or technical diploma
