This role is integral to our IT team, reporting to the Director of Intelligent Data and Enterprise Automation. The Senior Manager, Software Development will harness your extensive engineering experience, particularly with Power BI and full-stack development, to guide a talented team in delivering exceptional enterprise solutions. You will also establish best practices while mentoring engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations and technical guidance for the engineering team
• Own technical quality across architecture and code standards
• Implement engineering practices through Azure DevOps




• Oversee agile sprint planning and delivery management
• Champion continuous improvement in engineering processes
Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years in software engineering, focused on Power Platform
• At least 3 years in leadership roles within engineering
• In-depth working knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate
• Proficiency in using Azure Boards and source control
• Solid influencing skills with technical and business teams
