Work with the Analytics Manager to allocate resources effectively and identify training opportunities; partner with Store Management to gather feedback and improve Loss Prevention practices.Data management: Ensure investigators maintain accurate records of apprehensions and external issues and share relevant intelligence with Loss Prevention partners and stores.Reporting: Generate monthly KPI reports to identify trends and provide insights to leadership and field Loss Prevention partners.About YouExperience: At least 5 years of investigation experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a management or supervisory role.Licensing: A provincial security license is required. Applicants must be licensed under applicable provincial laws before starting and must maintain the license if legally required.Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills, acting as a collaborative partner with senior management and positively influencing staff.Technical skills: Strong technical aptitude and willingness to use relevant technologies.
