Position: Customer Experience Associate
Location: Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada
Hours: 15
Line of Business: Personal & Commercial Banking

Pay Range: $22.00 - $27.21 CAD per hour. Employees may progress within the range over time based on experience and business needs.

Responsibilities

- Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following operating procedures, regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics.
- Identify and understand customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions while exercising discretion with confidential matters.
- Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non-standard issues as required.
- Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and promptly.
- Build personal connections with customers to advise them clearly on banking solutions and processes.
- Promote a positive, diverse and equitable work environment by fostering team effectiveness and participating in performance development.
- Support the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated,



and keeping everyone updated on routine activity status.
- Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements when opportunities for excellence arise.

Qualifications

- High School diploma and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
- Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills for a quick‑paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage.
- Go‑getter who runs initiative, handles multiple tasks, and manages changing priorities.
- Dynamic communicator with customer‑experience skills, able to interact calmly, courteously, and effectively both verbally and in writing.
