Job Description

We are seeking an organized Host to manage our guest check-ins and flight staging here is Golden. You will be the face of our company, ensuring a smooth, safe, and exciting start to our guests' backcountry adventure.

Key Responsibilities

- Guest Welcome: Greet arriving guests with enthusiasm and explicit instructions.
- Flight Logistics: Organize guest groups and manifest details for helicopter transport.
- Guest Shuttle: Safely drive guests from the meeting point to the helicopter staging area.
- Gear Handling: Load and unload guest luggage, supplies, and heavy gear between helicopter and vehicles.

Requirements

- Driver's License: Valid,



clean Class 5 Driver’s License or better (driver's abstract required).
- Physical Fitness: Ability to repeatedly lift and move heavy gear (up to 60 lbs) safely.
- Interpersonal Skills: Great communication, a welcoming personality, and strong crowd-management skills.
- Traits: Highly organized, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and laser-focused in fast-paced environments.

Compensation

$20.00-$25.00/per hour
