This position involves leading the design and implementation of standardized policies and service delivery frameworks within a nonprofit context. You will work across multiple sites in Metro Vancouver, ensuring that housing, education, and employment services align effectively. Your creative approach will support continuous improvement practices and long-term organizational sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create service delivery frameworks for the organization
• Standardize documentation and procedures
• Design support systems for new housing initiatives




• Integrate quality assurance and improvement measures

Requirements:
• Proven leadership in housing or nonprofit systems
• Expertise in organizational design and system integration
• Experience with CARF or similar accreditation
