This role involves close cooperation with Aboriginal Health program managers and community stakeholders to shape and deliver Indigenous services tailored to communities. You will play a crucial role in evaluating community health needs, designing educational materials, and facilitating programs that promote access to essential health services. Take the lead on project coordination, fostering relationships while implementing effective service strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Aboriginal health program teams and partners
• Develop and implement service plans, goals, and evaluation strategies




• Design educational materials to facilitate community training
• Coordinate with stakeholders for effective service delivery
• Attend meetings to represent the Aboriginal health team
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Indigenous studies or health-related field
• Three years of experience in program planning/evaluation
• Valid BC Driver's License and own vehicle access
• Knowledge of Indigenous cultural safety principles
• Demonstrated facilitation and problem-solving skills
