This full-time role reports to the Executive Director, Infrastructure Management, overseeing various municipal projects. The successful candidate must demonstrate expertise in civil engineering, project management, and asset management. A focus on standards maintenance and contract management ensures compliance with regulations and performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee municipal infrastructure rehabilitation and recent installations • Ensure projects comply with design standards and regulations • Manage contract preparation and evaluate bids for projects • Prepare operational budgets and report financials to Council • Coordinate energy management initiatives and design guidelines

Requirements: • Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering • Professional Engineer designation and PEO membership • 5 years of leadership experience in engineering projects • Extensive project management experience, 7-10 years preferred • Strong communication and leadership skills
