This full-time position reports to the Associate Manager of Quadrus Trust & Settlement, requiring mutual fund industry knowledge and adherence to Quadrus procedures. You will thrive both independently and within a focused team, performing key financial operations until May 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process daily settlement of mutual fund trades
• Handle payment for trade settlements efficiently
• Reconcile daily bank deposits for client purchases




• Correspond with admin for trade-related issues
• Ensure compliance with CIRO regulations and privacy guidelines
Requirements:
• Knowledge of mutual fund and segregated fund industries
• Post-secondary education in finance or accounting
• Familiarity with CIRO rules and regulations
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication abilities and time management
