Responsibilities

- Start learning the business from day one while based at one of our neighborhood branches.
- Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and operate as an operational expert behind the scenes.
- Master knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
- Engage in the community to establish relationships essential to business growth.
- Excel in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations while always putting customers first.
- Participate in a culture of friendly competition to grow the business and achieve personal success.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Fluent in French.
- Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents within the last three years.
- No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) within the last five years.
- Authorized to work in Canada and not requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
- Experience or involvement in sales & customer service (commission sales, retail, call center, restaurant, or hospitality) or in leadership (military, athletics/competitive sports, case competitions, clubs/associations).
