In this role, you will oversee maintenance activities, coordinate repairs, and maintain communication with vendors to uphold our fleet's performance. Your efforts will directly contribute to keeping our vehicles safe and compliant while reflecting Clutch's brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs with field operations teams
• Monitor service requirements to maximize fleet uptime
• Track open repairs and follow up with vendors




• Maintain solid relationships with vendors for accountability
• Coordinate rapid solutions for urgent breakdowns
Requirements:
• 1-2+ years in service coordination or vendor management
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with maintenance management software is a plus
• Ability to work both weekdays and weekends
