Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the delivery of engaging programs for children




• Build and maintain strong relationships with children and families
• Oversee the activities of Early Childhood Educators and staff
• Ensure compliance with YMCA standards and legal requirements
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace for all
Requirements:
• ECE certification from a recognized program
• 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Emergency First Aid certification required
• Ability to pass a Criminal Record check
