As an Accounts Payable Expert, you’ll be part of The Hercules Group of Companies’ finance department. With 2-3 years of accounts payable experience in medium to large firms, you will ensure the accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments. Building positive vendor relationships is crucial to the role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately code and input vendor invoices daily
• Perform monthly reconciliation of supplier accounts
• Troubleshoot and resolve any invoice-related issues
• Prepare various payment methods including cheques and wires
• Maintain organized electronic financial records
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
• Post-Secondary Certificate in Accounting/Diploma required
• 2-3 years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP applications
• Analytical mindset for resolving financial issues
