About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Operations to lead and optimize the manufacturing operations at its Bedford facility. The successful candidate will be a strategic and hands-on leader, responsible for driving operational excellence, including the optimization of production processes, supply chain performance, and the enhancement of quality, reliability, efficiency, and on-time delivery. This role requires a leader who can set the strategic direction for operations while remaining closely connected to day-to-day activities, providing visible leadership, and ensuring that the operational strategy is effectively executed. The Vice President will also be instrumental in fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to scale production, support new product introductions, and drive continuous improvement with a strong focus on safety,



compliance, and risk management.

The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have extensive experience in leading manufacturing operations, supply chain functions, and logistics within a technology-driven, electronics manufacturing, or similarly complex production workplace. A proven track record of improving operational performance through strategic planning, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making is essential. The role demands a leader with a degree in engineering, operations management, business administration, or a related field, with a master's degree considered an asset. The Vice President will be expected to align operational priorities with broader business objectives and to promote consistency and operational performance across the organization. Success in this position will be determined by the ability to foster cross-functional alignment and drive operational priorities effectively.
