You'll also assist with budgeting, forecasting, and market insights while maintaining relationships with customers. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong agricultural background and a passion for enhancing client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert agronomic advice and exceptional customer service
• Achieve annual business targets and discover recent consulting opportunities
• Develop and execute the Paterson Grain agronomy program




• Guide other agronomists and operational staff in best practices
• Support innovation with strategic new products from suppliers
Requirements:
• Professional designation in Agriculture (P. Ag or CCA)
• Degree or diploma in Agriculture with relevant experience
• 2-3 years in sales agronomy or similar role
• Management experience is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Tronia programs
