Key Responsibilities:
• Spread and level wet concrete accurately
• Smooth surfaces and create joints to prevent cracking
• Apply diverse finishes to various concrete structures
• Repair and restore surfaces as needed
• Mentor apprentices with a focus on safety
Requirements:
• Industrial Concrete Finisher experience required
• Knowledge of dry pack grout and curing methods
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in any weather
• Fluent in English for explicit communication
