5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including exposure to full‑cycle close and financial reporting 2+ years managing direct reports in an accounting or finance function Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA designation preferred Experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A;) and acquisitions is considered an asset Hands‑on experience with NetSuite or a comparable enterprise ERP system Strong written and verbal communication skills – you’ll regularly present financial information to leadership and work across departments, so clarity matters
