We are seeking a Welder/Fitter to join our Trailer Shop team for full-time work, Monday through Thursday. Your role will focus on MIG welding, fabricating products to precision standards, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Perform MIG welding on fabricated components
• Ensure precision in alignment and fit-up prior to welding
• Conduct quality inspections on finished products
• Maintain welding equipment and workspace cleanliness
Requirements:
• Experience as a Welder/Fitter or similar fabrication role
• Strong MIG welding skills and blueprint interpretation ability
• Familiarity with measuring tools and assembly processes
• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
