LLM EngineerWe are seeking a highly skilled LLM Engineer with 1‑4 years of software development experience and 1‑2 years of LLM solution development. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with Python, LLM solution patterns and tools (RAG, Vector DB, Agentic workflows, LoRA, etc.), cloud platforms (AWS, Databricks, Azure) and DevOps tools.
ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of architecture design and development of scalable and distributed software systems.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Own technical execution, ensuring code quality, adherence to deadlines, and efficient resource allocation.
Use data‑driven decision making to achieve product goals.
Design, develop and deploy LLM‑based pipelines with patterns such as RAG, Agentic workflows, and PEFT (LoRA, QLoRA).
Lead the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Utilize AWS services (IAM, monitoring, load balancing, autoscaling, database, networking, storage, ECR), Azure services (AKS, ACR) and Databricks (Unity Catalog) to build governance layers from data to AI model output.
Design and implement prompt and response guardrails to enable responsible AI.
Implement DevOps practices using Docker and Kubernetes to ensure continuous integration and delivery; develop scripts for automation and monitoring.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, conduct code reviews, and provide guidance on software design and best practices.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
1‑5 years of experience in software development, with relevant experience in LLM application development.




Strong coding skills in Python and JavaScript.
Experience with API frameworks such as FastAPI and Django.
Proficient in cloud platforms: AWS, Databricks, and Azure.
Proficient in infrastructure‑as‑code, especially Terraform and CloudFormation.
Knowledge of front‑end development with React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS (preferred).
In‑depth experience with LLM patterns (RAG, Vector DB, Hybrid Search, Agent development, prompt engineering).
Hands‑on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock), SDKs (Langchain, DSPy).
Experience with DevOps tools including Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services such as Redshift, RDS, and S3.
Experience with Databricks solutions including Unity Catalog.
Experience with production deployments involving thousands of users, with capabilities such as Redis and Vector Search.
Solid understanding of scalable application design, security best practices, and privacy compliance.
Knowledge of software engineering practices: version control (Git), Agile or Scrum, and Azure DevOps.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Experience with SDLC best practices and Agile methodology for continuous product development.
