This temporary full time position requires a Master's degree in Social Work or Occupational Therapy. The ideal candidate will have registration with relevant colleges, experience in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and two years of clinical experience. You will be part of a specialized team that focuses on evidence-based practices and collaborates extensively for the best care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Screen approved referrals for urgency and suitability
• Maintain therapeutic relationships with service recipients




• Coordinate and monitor treatment and rehabilitation services
• Collaborate on medication management within recovery plans
• Assist in developing social and leisure activities
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Occupational Therapy
• Current registration with relevant regulatory college
• Proven experience in evidence-based clinical services
• Advanced training in CBT, IPT, DBT preferred
• Experience with transitional-aged youth and concurrent disorders
