This full-time role focuses on delivering specialized care, ensuring safety, and fostering family partnerships. You will design developmentally appropriate environments where littles learn and grow, utilizing your expertise in routines and milestones. Your collaboration with an integrated team will support children’s diverse needs while enhancing developmental outcomes through curriculum planning and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert guidance on nutrition, diapering, and routines
• Plan and evaluate engaging indoor/outdoor activities




• Collaborate with therapists for children with diverse needs
• Maintain close communication with parents about milestones
• Ensure supervision safety and accurate documentation
Requirements:
• Approved ECE-IT Certification from B.C. Early Childhood Registry
• Valid First Aid/CPR certification
• Experience in a Community Care Licensed facility
• Solid communication and teamwork skills
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
