Job Summary

Financial Analyst – MilwaukeeFull‑Time • Permanent • Toronto HQReporting to the Finance Manager, the analyst will perform financial analysis and sales reporting for the Milwaukee business, ensuring timely, accurate data to support growth and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyze Monthly Sales Reporting Package for senior leadership
- Prepare and analyze margin reporting
- Produce point‑of‑sale reporting and analysis for key retailers and distributors
- Enter monthly and yearly accruals
- Act as liaison among finance, sales, and marketing regarding customer deductions and credits
- Forecast and analyze SG&A; expenses monthly
- Update related templates and validate data
- Maintain departmental databases
- Perform annual budgeting duties
- Provide ad‑hoc reporting as required

Qualifications

- Post‑secondary education in accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in accounting/finance (or related field)




- Progressing toward CPA certification
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power BI
- Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics and Adaptive Planning considered an asset
- Minimal travel required
