• Support the President and senior leadership in governance

• Oversee compliance of governance documents

Requirements:
• 10+ years' experience in board governance
• Strong relationship-building and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and web applications
• Exceptional organizational skills for multitasking
• Emotional maturity to anticipate executive needs
