Position: Assistant Branch Manager
This is a full‑time, permanent position located at 3441 Rue de Vulcain, Lévis, QC, Canada. The schedule will be discussed but requires availability one weekend out of two.
Responsibilities
- Actively supervise and participate in daily operations, including scheduling and sales and production target attainment.
- Promote a safe and welcoming workplace and enforce environmental, health and safety rules and procedures.
- Assist the Branch Manager during monthly Health & Safety audits.
- Support employees by participating in daily tasks and operational initiatives.
- Assist with employee communications, recruitment, onboarding, and integration.
- Conduct quarterly evaluations for hourly employees in collaboration with the Branch Manager.
- Collaborate with partners to ensure business processes are followed and applied effectively.
- Act as an ambassador during organizational changes and play an active role in implementing them within the branch.
- Complete various administrative tasks such as cash deposits, payroll, and scheduling.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience.
- Minimum of one (1) year of management experience.
- College or university degree.
- Experience in retail or the automotive industry is an asset.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
