Join a growing practice in the heart of Port Alberni! West Coast Family Dental Centre is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our team. Located in a rapidly growing area of Port Alberni, our practice is experiencing strong growth and currently welcomes 60–70 new patients per month, providing an excellent opportunity to build a thriving schedule and long-term patient base. We are looking for a dentist who is committed to providing exceptional patient care and enjoys working in a collaborative, supportive environment. Whether you are an experienced clinician or a newer graduate seeking mentorship, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions
- Develop and present personalized treatment plans
- Provide restorative, preventive, and emergency dental treatment
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation




- Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members to provide an outstanding patient experience
- Uphold the highest standards of patient care, ethics, and professionalism

Qualifications

- Licensed and in good standing with the BC College of Oral Health Professionals
- Eligible for CDAnet participation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Interest in mentorship and professional development is considered an asset
