About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Flight Operations to join its senior executive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safety, regulatory compliance, operational integrity, and financial performance of flight operations. This includes leading all aspects of flight operations, such as pilots, dispatch and operational control, training, and safety management systems, and ensuring full compliance with aviation regulations. The role demands a leader who can drive a safety-first culture, deliver operational excellence, and maintain cost discipline while overseeing key performance metrics. The VP will also play a critical role in enterprise strategy, fleet and network planning, and post-acquisition integration,



and must be prepared to provide leadership during operational disruptions and crisis situations.

Applicants for the Vice President, Flight Operations position at the company should be seasoned aviation executives with a Transport Canada ATPL and significant multi-crew turbine command experience.
