You will handle project accounting activities, including financial reporting, cash-flow forecasting, and managing relationships across various teams. This position provides valuable exposure to underwriting, investment analysis, and financial decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting functions for development projects
• Maintain project ledgers and accurate financial records
• Track costs versus budgets and prepare cost reports




• Assist with project underwriting and financial modeling
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance-related field
• 3-5 years in project accounting or real estate accounting
• Strong understanding of accounts payable and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
• CPA designation or progress towards it is preferred
