BCAA seeks a full-time Red Seal Automotive Technician to join its Victoria Automotive Service Centre. This role will involve completing repairs to the highest safety and performance standards, while fostering an environment of continuous learning and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
• Complete repairs ensuring safety and performance standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
• Stay current with advancements in vehicle technology




• Collaborate with the Service Manager for seamless operations
• Mentor apprentices and lube technicians effectively
Requirements:
• Automotive Red Seal Certificate and OBD-II training
• Minimum three years as a Journeyperson Technician
• Clean BC Driver License Class 5 or better
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Proficiency with MS Office and automotive DMS systems
