• Conduct needs analyses to guide development solutions
• Develop engaging learning materials and assessments
• Facilitate workshops in live and virtual formats
• Analyze learning effectiveness through evaluation metrics
• Manage learning administration tasks and reporting
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Education or related field
• 5-8+ years in Learning and Development experience
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Familiarity with design tools like Articulate, Canva
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
